Every time I drive through, although at this point, the same worker is so friendly and funny! the sandwich is always good and is also made super fast.

The first time that you have ever been to a jimmyjohn and had a wonderful experience. the people who went through the journey were extremely polite and made our sandwiches fast. everything was delicious.

I have been disappointed too often by this load. I have ordered many paintings of them and always a bad experience. I have a lot of food allergies and it is hard enough for me to eat as it is. if I find a place where I can actually eat without problems, it is sad if they don't have a positive experience. I have ordered several times online or through the Door Dash app and then they will call and say that they don't do the delivery for the rest of the evening because their driver has gone home. that has happened at far too many places. I order with a lot of time before closing. but they will call a few minutes before they tell them that they cancel the order. save them time and money and go elsewhere. they do not care about their customers or the service they offer.

The dining experience was impressive, but it took a while for someone to attend to us at the drive-thru order screen, even though we were the only customers present.

The veggie sub sandwich was quite dry. It had very little flavor, just a tiny bit of avocado and a small amount of lettuce. I've definitely had better options at other sub shops.
