Flaming Grill Supreme Buffet - Columbia

This is like the off brand of Chuckie Cheese for buffets. Food was mediocre, at times warm or cold. No sanitizing practices in place. We visited to try something different, but we would not go here again, especially at $20/per person. My husband and I had one plate each and couldn't even get through that. It was food, and some of it ate, but it was just unappetizing and seemed like it had sat out too long. Our waitress was great, made sure our drinks were full and provided quick service, which is the only reason for 2 stars.

When I arrived, I was greeted by a staff member at the front who asked how many people were in my party and then escorted us to our table. Our waitress promptly came over to take our drink orders. It's worth noting that drinks are an additional charge, but refills are complimentary. The service was efficient, although the staff lacked a bit of sociability. There was a wide selection of food available, including a Hibachi Grill. Some items on the grill, like the chicken, appeared to have been out for too long and didn't look very appetizing. However, the shrimp I tried was delicious. In addition to the cooked dishes, there were classic Chinese buffet offerings available. They also had a dessert freezer with ice cream cones, cups, and sandwiches, all of which were tasty. Overall, I found the food to be very good, although there were a few items to avoid. The restaurant was spacious and clean, with plenty of seating for customers. The restroom was also well-maintained.

The food was excellent and the prices were more affordable compared to other restaurants with lower quality food. I wish this place was closer to where I live so I could visit more often. They offer kid-friendly options like ice cream, highchairs, and packaged ice cream.

This was one of the nastiest places i’ve ever ate. The chicken was slimy. Crab meat was grey looking and tasted so old. The food wasn’t very warm. All of the food was just overall nasty and made me feel sick. The service was ok she got us refills once, but before i could even sit down i was getting asked what i wanted to drink and being rushed and then got brought the wrong drink. The atmosphere was very poor it was dark things were being held together by duct tape and barely anyone in there. She also started moping the floors with LOTS of bleach which was making my nose hurt. Also on the door it says the food rating is C needs significant improvement!! I Totally agree!

I would not recommend this place. The chicken was undercooked and the crab meat was poorly prepared. Avoid this restaurant if you want to avoid stomach issues. The service was terrible, the waitress never interacted with us. While it may be inexpensive, the quality of the food matches the low price.
