Firehouse Subs Harbison - Columbia

This restaurant isn’t for me. The atmosphere felt selective, as if it was accommodating some people while being less welcoming to others. It gave off typical American Republican vibes. I definitely won’t be returning. I consider myself independent. It doesn’t matter how many tokens you have; it’s about the majority, and that was clear.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. They made my sandwich incorrectly, and I couldn't come back the same day due to work. When I finally returned, the young lady at the register was very friendly and even remembered me, but unfortunately, the manager refused to replace my order because I didn’t have the receipt. I suggested that I could show proof of purchase using my online banking app, but the manager remained unyielding. While the food is typically good, this experience left me reluctant to spend my money there again.

Customer service is not present, place is dirty, employee was on break and sleep at the entrance of the building, manager worked on paperwork in the middle of the restaurant, no one wanted my order. Not recommended.

Two engineers with Pickles ordered on the page. The pimples were made with overripe cucumbers and the skin were insensitive (thick and hard). The staff said and got an answer that this was an exception (my luck). The staff gave four extra pieces to try. They all tasted the same. Firehouse should not have bought the pickle and gave it to its customers!

This place needs to get it together. I put in an online order for pickup at 12:35pm on June 18th of 2022. I put the order in at 12:05. Thirty minutes to get three sandwiches done. I arrived in time and was told they were finishing it up. It was 12:37 at that time. They asked me ten minutes later what was wrong as I was still there with no order and I told them I was still waiting. We got our bag from the worker and he gave me someone else's order entirely! They didn't even have my order. The food was okay but it was subpar to the location closer to my home. I rarely leave bad reviews but this was an awful experience. The people were rude and had an attitude. Especially the cashier with the septum in her nose when I asked about my order. She rolled her eyes and didn't even try to be nice or kind. Will NEVER return to this location and I hope no one else does either!
