Worst experience ever and the food was still frozen and disgusting

First time there. The food was good. I got it to go, so there was no service. It seemed like a good place fire a date.

I love this place overall. I have been eating here since 1995 when it opened. However, their service has gone down. Good employees have quit because the management isn't as good as it was. I drive to this restaurant a lot and most of the time, they have a sign on the door that they are closed in the dining room when they should be open. After my coworker told me to check this place out, I placed an hour about 30 minutes before my lunch time…which was fine since the app stated it would take that long to be ready. I got there, had to stand in line waiting. The cashier up front didn't seem to know what day it was, less alone what was going on with orders.
