Fazoli's - Columbia

Great Service. Love the new General Manager. She?s very friendly and awesome people person. The restaurant was very clean food fresh and great seasoning. I will be returning and she have a outstanding relationship with her staff. Very positive andfriendly atmosphere to be in. Everyone laughing talking and working together. I will be recommending people to come. And shehave gained me as well.

I am a person that is obsessed with Olive Garden but the chicken broccoli penne dish that I ordered was the best by far. It was also a fast food Italian restaurant which I had never seen before. The bread sticks were to die for. I will definitely be goingback there whenever I get a chance.

I had my first experience at Fazoli's and decided to try their spaghetti pizza. It was delicious! With each meal, we received two breadsticks, which were absolutely delightful. They must soak them in butter because they were so flavorful. Next time, we'll definitely be ordering extra breadsticks!

I ordered from this restaurant via DoorDash, and when the driver arrived, they informed her that part of my order was not being prepared. However, I was never notified about this issue. What they did provide to the driver was less than half of my order, and none of my sides were included. I had paid to upgrade to a meal, but didn’t receive any of the sides. I'm not one to typically complain, but I would advise caution when ordering from this restaurant. I was very disappointed.

This is a great spot for dinner, especially if you're looking for a spaghetti meal tailored to your appetite that can be served quickly and at a reasonable price. However, I really wish Fazioli's restaurants would reopen in their former prime locations across Florida, like they used to before 2010. Unfortunately, they have all closed and moved away from the state.
