He was the only staff member in the store and had to manage a backlog of orders because someone walked out. Yes, the wait was a bit longer than usual, but he handled everything with grace and remained fantastic with the customers. I truly appreciate your hard work, Paul—keep up the great work! This man deserves recognition from Domino’s and his management team! Way to go, Paul; keep being amazing!
You do understand that this is a scam, right? A medium pizza for $30.09, and because it’s over $30, you can’t pay in-store. I even called them to see how far they would go with it—after four transfers to 'higher' management, I still didn’t get any answers.
I ordered from here for the first time and ended up waiting 4 hours for my cold pizza, with no calls or texts updating me on my order. Tonight, I decided to give it another shot and waited an hour for my food, only to get a call saying they don't have a driver. I'm really confused about how it took them an hour to figure that out.
Did an online order for delivery. Was first time for this location to order. Waited about 90 mins and the online status sat at QC for 35 or so. Then my order was cancelled. When I called the store the automated system recognized my number and my order.When asked for an explanation after getting through to talk to someone I was given a lousy answer as to why. Highly unacceptableand will not order from this location in the future.
The garlic knots were hard and the Buffalo pizza crust was hard. Usually my order is always right and fresh.
