Chick-fil-a - Columbia

Had a great experience here Black Friday morning !!!! Service was great and the food was on point! Hot and fresh. Loved it !!

The most pleasant and gracious dining experience in Columbia!!! The staff is well trained, they know what to say and they handle their business expeditiously!! Great atmosphere!

Oct 20, 7:39pm attempted to order bowl of chicken noodle soup for friend w/ pancreatic CA. Told out of soup but informed they had another soup. Asked to sample, told I couldn't sample. Really poor service and lack of consideration as I explained that Iwas trying to buy soup for a sick friend. Soup cost $6+ dollars a bowl and considering that they didn't have what I requested. I would think it appropriate to allow me to sample the unknown soup to see if it would be suitable. This young manager, Neal,had no sense of what customer service is! As an alternative, I was forced to drive 4 miles away to another chick filet. Iwon't ever patronize this chickfilet again! I hope this isn't the service that one would encounter at the other stores. Truly,a poor manager!

Left the kids meal off. He cried when he realized he didn't have his food. Also, no receipt was given. The manager was not professional. He also kept talking about the situation to his employees; as though I did something wrong. I got caught in 5:00pm traffic. These clowns don't care!!!!!

Food was good. Asked for Honey Mustard sauce and got Honey Roasted BBQ sauce, wife was not happy about that. It is definitely not the same as Honey Mustard sauce. On a side note all employees very super nice.
