Best Bar-b-q in St.louis hands down!!!! Great service, great food, great prices. I suggest eating there.

Awesome BBQ. Bully's has awesome BBQ, some of the best I've had around the metro area. I have been here 5 times and each time was very good. They have a nice big bar where I like to eat and talk with other diners. It's that kind of friendly place.

Worth The Drive. Bully's is definitely worth the drive into Illinois for some outstanding barbecue. I've eaten there several times and the consistency in their food and service really impresses me. The ribs are big, meaty and have little fat on them. The pulled pork sandwich comes with mini onion straws on it. What a nice addition to the already tasty pork. I tried their sweet potato fries and found them to be properly cooked. They were not limp like at other restaurants. The sauce to dip them in is also delicious. Their sweet sauce is by far the very best in the whole area. Nice and thick like a sauce should be.

Best Beef. Most bbq restaurants serve beef brisket. I don't like all the fat on it so I don't get it. Bully's does something different. They serve a smoked beef shoulder that is so tender I can't believe it is from the chuck. It has a great smoke taste as well and virtually no fat on it. It's great if you are watching calories or have a cholesterol problem. It is now my favorite bbq beef dish in the whole metro area.

The Absolute Best. OK, I surrender. Bully's is definitely the best BBQ in town. The chef is always creating new things to eat and I have been lucky enough to try a few of them. No boring BBQ here for me. Just the thickest and riches sauce I had in a long time on top of the most tender and juicy pork steak I could eat. I agree with the other review about the pork steak. I also swear it was steamed but it didn't even have a hint of steaming. It was finished on a grill with the sauce on it and it was the best. Side are above average and quite tasty too. Forget about dessert. You will be too full to eat it.
