Bojangles Famous Chicken And Biscuits

I placed an order at the drive-thru, and the person at the window repeated my order three times. However, when I checked the bag, I didn’t receive what I ordered, and the biscuits weren’t even fully cooked. I called and spoke to a manager who was very nice and helped replace my order, which turned out to be excellent.

The service was very slow. I waited over 30 minutes after placing my order at the drive-thru. When I went inside, the manager wasn't even aware that I had placed an order. There were several other customers waiting after ordering at the drive-thru as well.

Service on the inside was awful, seeing 4 to one in the drive thru.

Not all Bojangles are created equal. This is a good one.

Managerwas extremely rude to the one person who was good enough to come to work. Very disrespectful and unprofessional to her staff. It was uncomfortable to witness. It's no wonder no one came to work.
