Bojangles - Columbia

This is getting ridiculous. I pull up at 1215pm, 14 cars in drive thru, lobby locked, 2 employees sitting at tables, eating, and playing on phone... and they have staff shortage?? Whoever owns this one doesn't mind losing money.

This location needs some SERIOUS management training! Staff is RUDE has NASTY ATTITUDES. They close the store down BEFORE it is time (all the time) and will let you sit at the mic box, clueless as to why no one is saying anything. SMDH... They also actas if you are bothering them when you ask for the condiments THEY 'RE suppose to ask or offer you!! I 'm sure there is somethingI am forgetting but I think you 'll get the gist of it. On the other hand the food is actually decent, all things considered.I 've only had breakfast though, every time I 've gone for dinner... they 're closed. >eye roll

The service is hit or mis. sometimes eating at points and fresh sometimes. it may taste as if it had been too long under the warmth.

Came during lunch to the drive through. The lady working today 3/19/22, is very rude and unenthusiastic about working today. I ordered y’all’s #10 which is just a chicken sandwich meal. She rung me up for just the sandwhich. So I said the combo, she then proceeded to tell me what “I said”. So I then repeated myself saying I want the combo. She then asked me ONCE AGAIN if I wanted it in a combo. I really did not appreciate her attitude, Will not return to this location again. Poor service considering the amount of time I spent in the drive thru.

Drive thru is down and I had to wait 38 minutes on food. If it weren't for my son, I wouldn't have waited. Then get up to window there's alot of unprofessional chatter going on including the need to go to a hair store. The register operator didnt even say goodbye as she handed my food off.
