Copper Mountain Coffee - Columbia Falls

I was really impressed with Copper Mountain Coffee in Columbia Falls. There was a long line stretching out to the highway, and since no one else could get in, the staff member came out to each car to take orders, which helped speed things up. The process went very smoothly and quickly, which I appreciated, as I haven't had that kind of experience at any other Copper Mountain Coffee locations. The employees deserve a raise for their hard work. They are very smart, and it might be beneficial if they could train staff at other Copper Mountain Coffee shops to adopt the same efficient approach.

I ordered a caramel steamer, but it had no flavor. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to give me a refund or remake the drink!

I truly enjoy my visits to CMC. I make it a point to go there as soon as they open in the morning, and I've never had a bad experience with their service. I’m always greeted with a big smile and a warm, friendly demeanor, which is especially meaningful in today's world. I've tried other restaurants, but none measure up to this one. You have my loyalty, and I’ll be sure to recommend you to my friends and coworkers. Thank you for being fantastic!

We ordered a Mt Mocha with an extra shot of espresso, and it was simply amazing! We're quite discerning when it comes to coffee, so this is high praise. Overall, I would give the food a perfect 5 out of 5!

I can't speak to the service since my sister picked up the food for me, but I typically don't enjoy lotus. However, they create some amazing lotus drinks! They were a little sweeter than I'm used to, but still very tasty. Overall, I'd rate the food a 4 out of 5.
