Wingstop - Colorado Springs

I always command this wing tip weekly, and the workers are so rude! I get the same thing every time and they still mess my order. I ordered two times inside of two weeks and both had commanded to have all fed on the wings that is disappointing when they pay all the money for them and I worked at the wing tip and I know they are supposed to be picked before dropping. I was told about a hired person, why don't they pick her up after they paid $30 for her? the manager is extremely disrespectful and rude and would not tell me his name, so the workers I do not recommend are at all the worst wings in the feathers down

No serviettes, a roll of hard bathroom paper towels for all inside. no müll can throw away our müll. not a nice place to eat inside.

It makes me sad to even have to write this review. We order from this location on average 5x a month or more. We even drive 30 minutes out of our way because we don’t like the location closes to us. This time we got our food and it was really chewy, kind of like rubber. We called to talk to the manager and let them know we don’t ever have issues with this location. We expressed our concern and all he had to say was we had to drive 30 minutes again out of the way so he can see the food himself. Very argumentative and just all around horrible service. Due to this manager, this location has lost our business.

Delivery on time, wings ok but the two orders of thighs were raw inside ?? definitely needs to check the time on your friers

Ordered online. Arrived to pickup at end of the window for pickup time. Was told by two different staff it would be 20 minutes for my food and they were very busy. So after watching 5 people arrive and pickup food and leave I questioned staff about is my food really taking 20 minutes longer then pickup email stated. No my food was ready the whole time and they told me 20 minutes. Then accused me it wasn't paid for. Just wow disorganized a bit?
