Bidrage med feedbackI just left Wendy south NevadaUnbelievable!!! They have cheeseburgers posted for 4.69 when I get to cashier they're 5.69FALSE ADVERTISING.!!!! I would not be upset but for the fact that I stated this and saId YA KNOW YOU SHOULD LET YOUR MANAGER KNOW ABS AND MAYBE THROW IN. SOME COOKIES OR SOMETHINGTHE EMPLOYEE DID NEITHER!!
Went through the drive thru and the lady working was very unprofessional. She asked what I wanted to order and then as I was responding she would laugh and have side conversations with her coworkers. This happened five times during my brief order and because of it she had to repeatedly ask what I said because of it. I’m not expecting a fine dining experience through a drive-through window, but some professionalism in customer service should be the bare minimum.
Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. There is always something wrong here. Either they serve you a warm Frosty because their machine is down or the people are completely untrained that man the drive-up window. The manager offered by a large French Fry after he couldn't pass off on the soupy Frosty. Their hamburgers are dripping with grease. Once I drove up to hear the woman manning the drive-up talking about her parole officer and her serious drug habit. If you have a chance to visit some other location, I would because this one is the bottom of the barrel. I'm surprised that I haven't been ill from food positioning.
This is the most incompetent fast food restaurant I've ever encountered!!!! The employees don't give a f about getting your simple order correct. And let me be perfectly clear about 1 very important detail!! NOBODY IN THE BACK WEARS GLOVES!! Very unsanitary! And if I can I will take pictures and notify who needs to kno!
Went through the drive thru 07/01 at 8pm. They messed up the order even though I told them no condiments on one of the sandwiches. I then asked for a soda no ice. The girl filling the sodas threw a face and gave me an over flowing soda (dripping and when the bubbles receded, there was about half the drink left). If you really hate your job that much that customers are inconvenient, then quit. I’ve worked in the food industry for a long time. It’s not that bad that you need to constantly treat your customers like that. Management really needs to step up their game.
