Village Inn - Colorado Springs

The food here is fantastic! I tried the poblano-covered burrito, and it was outstanding. I've had it before, and it's so large that I always end up taking half of it home. While I was there on Free Pie Wednesday, I also took home a slice of cherry pie. By the way, did you know that Village Inn donates to two causes? I spoke with the manager about it, and he was very informative and helpful.

For some reason, there's always a moment when I visit this restaurant that I find myself waiting, even when 20 tables are available. The food is good, but I've noticed that the cleanliness of the tables leaves something to be desired. It might be time for a thorough cleaning, in my opinion.

I was pleasantly surprised by this chain coffee shop; it's not bad at all. They offer a pretty good breakfast and their lunch prices are slightly above average. The service tends to be quite good, making it a reliable spot for a quick bite. Their free cake Wednesdays are a big hit, and the cakes are consistently tasty. While I wouldn't say it's extraordinary, it's definitely a solid choice if you're looking for a quick meal while you're out. I would definitely return.

Food was great, server was friendly but seemed really busy, forgot to leave us with napkins until we got to desert which normally would be fine but my girlfriend and I ordered a hamburger and sandwich. Management was nice and asked how our meal was while dining and at checkout. Quick service though.
