Several times I have the change from my usual (which most employees already know). You take the time to explain the differences and answer the questions I have. Oh, and they remind me of getting my free cookie. I guess it's a family business and the whole family are the people who work there.
I've consistently received good service here, even as the restaurant changed ownership. The staff is friendly and professional, and they manage a separate line for customers effectively. Regarding the app for reviews, you can reach out to businesses or look for their contact details within it. I do agree that the app needs improvement, but that's the reason I choose not to use it. In terms of communication, your complaint isn't directed at the restaurant itself but rather at a former employee. You may not be fully aware of the situation, so consider whether you were following the restaurant or the previous owners. As a result, reviews can often be unreliable. They should serve as a way to evaluate the establishment, its service, and its food rather than focusing on issues with the app or the interview.
The staff at this Subway really stand out. I encountered an incredible employee who worked tirelessly to serve customers every night. He juggled multiple online orders alongside walk-ins, all while maintaining a positive attitude despite the stress. It's clear that the team here understands the importance of great service.
I had a turkey sandwich, and it was quite tasty. The service was a bit slow since the person behind the counter was handling everything by himself and was overwhelmed by a rush of customers. It would have been helpful for him to have some assistance. Nevertheless, he was polite and didn't seem rushed despite the number of sandwiches he had to prepare.
