Subway - Colorado Springs

Sandwich artist was friendly, polite and efficient. An order online for pickup and was on time. Hard to find parking in the night but so ready to go if you want dinner.

The food is good and enjoy eating there but every time I order online they always forget ranch, never follow the special request, and I can’t ever tell if it’s toasted or not! Also one of the boys never puts enough spinach. Love the place and the people Especially the Employees but it’s highly disappointing sometimes

The only downside was that the store was a bit chilly... it was a cold day, and nobody in the store seemed able to adjust the temperature. We opted not to eat there since cold sandwiches in a cold building aren’t the best idea on a frigid day. Oh, and please hurry with the vegan meatballs—I would absolutely love to have those!

Alex did an amazing job during our dinner service! He was incredibly creative and took great pride in making our experience even better than we had anticipated from the advertisements. He was friendly and welcoming, kept his workspace spotless, and was attentive to our specific preferences. Everything was perfect! Great job! Thank you, Alex; we will definitely be back. Management, please acknowledge this talented and dedicated culinary artist!

We frequently dine at the subway, so we didn't anticipate this visit to be any different. However, there was a lady behind the counter who managed the store, and she was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write a positive review. She went above and beyond to get us the freshest olives and offered many helpful suggestions. Sam was incredibly friendly as well. My only complaint is that the tables could have been cleaner.
