Bidrage med feedbackWe often eat in the subway, so we didn't expect this trip to be different. There was a lady behind the counter that led the store, and she was so kind that I had to write a good review. She went beyond and beyond to get us the freshest olives, and made many helpful suggestions. Sam was super friendly. My only complaint is that the tables were dirty.
The food is good and enjoy eating there but every time I order online they always forget ranch, never follow the special request, and I can’t ever tell if it’s toasted or not! Also one of the boys never puts enough spinach. Love the place and the people Especially the Employees but it’s highly disappointing sometimes
This location struggles mightily to strike a balance between providing an inexpensive and warm place for the transient population downtown and providing a clean dining experience for patrons. The restaurant could do with a remodel and the staff could use a plus-up to adequately deal with the unique demands this location faces. The staff are polite, but not engaging, and the furnishings and surfaces are dirty and dingy.
Ordered a meal online, said it would take 15 minutes. I got there 5 minutes late and my meal hadn't even started being made. 3 customers in the place and their reason was the computers stopped working. They had my cell number and couldn't even be nice enough to call and let me know. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food and the manager was less than nice about the situation to me. I am very disappointed! What a way to treat your paying customers!
The gal making my sandwich was great, friendly, kind and over all helpful. It was the manager however, being distasteful by critiquing and correcting every little thing. He was not only, what I would call unprofessional with his employees, but flat out rude to the customers as well. I would not recommend this location due to the poor customer service at the manager's hands.
