Subway - Colorado Springs

We were quite disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. When we placed our order, we received very little of what we had actually requested on our sandwiches. My friend ordered a large drink, but when she went to get her soda, the staff member informed her that he only had a medium cup available and that the larger one was behind the counter. He then took the larger cup and my friend simply wanted to pour her soda from the medium cup into the large cup. Instead, the staff member ended up giving her only one refill from his own drink. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the food.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The staff member I encountered was quite rude and unwilling to help me. He was on his phone while handling food, which was concerning. I had a valid order, but he refused to make one of my subs, claiming it wouldn't work with my badge, even though there was no indication that the sandwich was an issue. Ultimately, I felt rejected as a customer when I tried to change my order, which added to my frustration.

The new sub-series menu is fantastic! The staff is excellent too! Even though they can be quite busy or a little chaotic at times, they make an effort to maintain a safe and clean environment. You can see them working hard while also having fun and supporting each other.

There is an older thin guy who works right there, who is very common and condesctive, I don't care about him. the younger people were always very friendly and helpful when I order.

Employees are very friendly, patient, and kind! Excellent service every time
