Smashburger - Colorado Springs

First, the store only accepted cash, unless you ordered online. Secondly, I ordered a Cob salad and I got what looked like a side salad and it had the chicken on it or dressing in the bag. I tried to call immediately and an hour later they're still not on the phone.

First time to this location. I forgot to order my wife?s burger well done, so I requested another hamburger cooked well done. The staff promptly cooked one and it was perfect. Service was great, too!

This is the second time my husband and I tried to eat at this place, the firsts time they told us that they run out of beef and other food but at least the lobby was open ?.. this time the lobby isn?t even open so we tried the drive through and they told us that the wait was going to be 40 minutes with only two cars in front of us??? for what?. Screw this place! Red Robin is great! Fast service.

This has happened twice now. I asked for no cheese (No American) on my bacon burger, and got a lot of cheese. Also the bacon doesn't even look all the way cooked. It's not hard to just leave the cheese off. $14 for a burger, fries, and a drink and I couldn't eat most of my meal because I can't stomach the cheese and uncooked bacon.

Smashburger is a great concept and we had wonderful service. They have burgers with a variety of toppings like bacon, grilled and fried chicken, salads and fries and tots. The smash fries/tots come with garlic, oil, and rosemary. Our food was delicious, everything was fresh and we were served quickly for dine in. We had a great first experience and would order again!
