Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Easy 1 star for this Cane's. Fries were ice cold (like below room temperature) the chicken was not fresh and also not even above warm. Let alone we came for the free chicken tenders promo thing and the lady said as long as we ordered a basket we would get one. So we ordered and then they said we couldn't get our free tender cause it had to be a drive through order which we were told another thing. Either way I really didn't care but terrible communication, terrible customer service, terrible cold food. Easy 1*. Go to Popeyes or a Churches. Easy picks over this place.

Usually canes is very good but we had some issues today. Ordered a 4 piece and 3 piece. Not only was the chicken tenders super small and dry I was missing one out of my 3 piece box and the toast! They were even cheap on the drinks. The 4 piece box was fine. I called in my complaint and they only thing they could do was take down my name for another meal.

This was my first time ever coming to Canes! I thought it tasted amazing! The Canes sauce was really good as well as the chicken! I thought that their price for quantity of food was also very fair. I got the 4 finger combo and only spent a little more than $10 which was nice. The customer service was also very good, all the workers were kind and when we left, they thanked us for coming in. Overall if you want a place to visit a very tasty chicken restaurant, I would highly recommend Canes! I will be back!

This Canes is super fast moving. Greasy like every other canes in the world, but always great food. My order is always right, and there?s never any hold up getting it. The food is always hot, as well as super enjoyable. Plenty of sauce in the cups, never too small of an amount. Overall a pretty solid fast food place in the area

This place sucked really bad. Maybe its not our cup of tea. Really for the 27.00 I spent on 2 meals for scrawny portions of chicken fingers, raggedy french fries Cole slaw that was smaller then small and sweet tea that was watered down and not sweet at all. In the end it was not worth it. I owned a bar grill in Thornton CO many many moons ago and wow our chicken was way better and fries were great. This is the first time trying this place out as my son wanted to try it and we both were not impressed at all. Food was mediocreker at best and I will never eat at raising cane's again. Even if it was for free this place sucked.
