Play at The Broadmoor

The service from our waitress was outstanding and the food was incredibly tasty. We loved the fun atmosphere of the restaurant, with games at every table. However, we were a bit taken aback by the high price of the drinks at $20 each. Additionally, when we decided to bowl, which was $75 per hour, we were surprised to see a 20% gratuity added onto our bill, even though we didn't order any food or drinks while bowling. This made the evening much more expensive than we had anticipated, totaling over $90 after factoring in the tip and tax. Overall, it was a costly night out.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! Danny provided excellent service and made our visit memorable. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We have visited Play several times before, but our most recent visit did not meet our expectations. The service was slow, the food quality was lacking, and we had a difficult time trying to bowl and enjoy our evening. It was a frustrating experience. I am not sure if there is a shortage of staff, but improvements need to be made.

Wagyu burgers were dry, but tasty. Fries were perfect. Waitress was very professional and welcoming. The Broadmoor never disappoints.

The service was slow and horrible. We sat for over 25 minutes with no beverages, not even water, our empty plates had been picked up, waiting for our check. Finally we went to the front counter and asked to pay. They went and searched for our waiter as we stood there for another 10 minutes.
