Pizza Hut - Colorado Springs

I ordered via the mobile app. I knew and was prepared for the long waiting period. my order shows. the children get their food and I start to make my teller. I opened the bag of broth sticks and they sent only a cup sauce. I called and of course it was recommended that they would give a loan that I cannot use online (why would and online ordering platform allow that and I would not record it. I have tipped 20% to my order, in addition a 5,45 delivery fee. my tips in the future will get to the food I ordered. if I ever command them again. my first job was in a very busy pizza facility and if something was omitted, this customer priority was to fix our mistake. fyi, the pizza we got was rough when they are so short staff that they can not supply the food they paid, then they should close their doors, but it is common that these places steal from them. pity on you pizza hat. don't order them, they take their money and don't give them what they pay.

I received my order quickly and it was hot and delicious when delivered. The driver was professional and friendly.

As soon as I entered the restaurant, a girl working in the kitchen recognized me and called out that she would assist me shortly. This level of attention is greatly appreciated, especially when there is no one visible at the front counter. She quickly came out to help me, my pizza was ready earlier than expected, I only had to wait about 5 minutes before I could leave with my delicious pizza!

The pizza was amazing and the service was great. The delivery was also on time. I was very satisfied with my experience.

Pizza slightly over cooked. Delivered to our hotel without any plates/napkins/cups so made it hard to eat/drink
