Omelets Etc - Colorado Springs

There is a real hometown family feel in this restaurant, but the professionalism and excellent customer experience shine over some of the best names brand chains. Excellent food, excellent taste, excellent service, more than you can ask.

This is a lovely place! We’re visiting Colorado and decided to stop here for breakfast. The place was packed yet we got seated immediately and got our food in a reasonable time. Service was wonderful too! We got the Frankie Omelette, the Meat Lovers Omelette, the Waffle with Bacon, and buttermilk pancakes on the side. It was delicious! Loved the Frankie Omelette, especially with the hot sauce they provide at the table. The pancakes had a great flavor, highly recommend them! Overall, will be coming back next time we visit.

2 visits here and I can comfortably say this is my favorite breakfast joint in town. Pricing is fair, service is great, and food is phenomenal. They advertise the best green chili salsa in town, and I'm beginning to believe it. This will always be my go-to place when I've got time to kill and I want a tasty meal.

Okay like the food was great. I know this is gonna ruffle some feathers... You can 't claim worlds greatest Green chile if you don 't even know what it is. Green chile is from New Mexico, it 's a vegetable/pepper. You don 't make Green chile. You grow it, roast it, chop it and put it on your dishes. Whatever yall serve here as homemade green chile is what people from New Mexico would know as Green chile stew. The attached picture is NOT Green chile . Thanks for coming to my TED talk

A cozy spot in the lovely north end of Colorado Springs. Even though it was Sunday at noon, it wasn't too busy. Our server, Alex, was very personable, and the entire restaurant exuded a friendly diner atmosphere. The food is affordable, straightforward, and delicious. My wife and I enjoyed a great lunch for under $25, which included a Mexical Omelette with Country Potatoes, two pancakes, and a Chicken Spinach Salad.
