Ordered from this McDonalds today and there was missing food and some of the order was wrong. Pay attention to the orders!
Food is normal as usual but the lady taking orders at 1 :06 PM on Thursday, April 4th had an incredible attitude. Tone down the saaassss mam. I ordered a Big Mac, not your attitude.
For the past couple of months I have consistently received sub par service, but today’s experience takes the cake. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with fries and a large drink, and a 6 piece kid’s meal with fries and a drink. At the order box I requested sweet sour sauce for both meals. When I arrived at the window I was handed my drinks and the kid’s meal. I opened the Kid’s meal to check for the sweet sour…it was there. The person at the window is then looking at me and asking why I am still there. I informed him that I also had ordered a 10 count nugget meal. He looked at me very confused, looked at the monitor, and then asked for the kid’s meal back. I handed it to him, but explained to him that it was part of my order. he disappeared for a moment and then came back and handed me the kids meal and the bag with the 10 count nugget. I should have checked both the bag and the box, but I only looked in the bag to make sure there was sweet-and-sour for that meal included. There was not. So, I asked him for sweet-and-sour, and he told me it was in the kids meal box. I opened the kid’s meal and saw that there was only one sauce. so I told him there’s only one sauce in there and I need sauce for the second meal. Again, he was very confused and then called for, who I assume was, the shift manager. She came towards the window from the register area and said to me, “You need sweet and sour?” I replied, “Yes” To which she very rudely said, “Yeah, I heard you from all the way over there.” WOW! I too am in a service industry and I would NEVER think of talking to one of my customers that way. First of all, I was NOT yelling…I was explaining to the very confused window attendant that I needed sauce for the second meal. Now for the kicker…I arrive home and bring the food in to my kiddo and husband and guess what??? THERE WERE NO NUGGETS IN THE KID’S MEAL! INFURIATING! Honestly, the final straw. I will not EVER give this location my business again! I tried calling the restaurant to let them know what had happened, but they did not answer, and their inbox was full so I could not leave a message. I went back to the restaurant to let them know there were no nuggets in my happy meal. Again, the gal who I assume is the shift manager questioned me like I was lying or something…”There were no nuggets in the box?” Said very accusingly. Then she asked if I would like fresh fries. I told her that honestly they were cold when they were handed to me originally. She asked me again if I would like fresh fries to which I responded that would be nice. Ultimately, I left the restaurant this second time with the food that I ordered, but there was no apology or concern over what had happened. I am done with rude service cold food.
Every time I come here they mess up my order or leave me sitting waiting to order for minutes while they assist whoever comes through the second lane. Hate this place. Today I ordered a buy one get one for $1 and only got one of my items and this is the second time it’s happened. Only even eat fast food when I’m in a crunch and coming here just makes the day worse, not easier.
