La Casita Business Catering

La Casita came to the rescue during my recent road trip to Colorado Springs. I spent a couple of days exploring the area and this restaurant was a highlight of my trip.

Honestly, I believe that this food is best enjoyed at the restaurant itself. We ordered it to go and even after reheating it in the microwave, the quality of the food was not the same.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and mostly made from scratch, although it may not be entirely authentic.
