Kneaders Bakery Cafe - Colorado Springs

My daughter and I go here every Saturday for a cozy stay-in. We usually order food and coffee for delivery. However, the coffee and breakfast always arrive cold. My daughter often gets a treat, but today it was stale and clearly old, so she couldn't eat it. I cannot recommend your delivery service.

The restaurant may lack excitement and flair, but it manages to attract a diverse crowd of all ages. The food is delicious, and certain sections of the menu stand out. The service staff are friendly and professional, adding to the overall experience.

If you're willing to spend $15 on a salad that is mostly lettuce and don't mind waiting a while in the drive-thru, then this is the place for you!

The customer service here is terrible. They forgot half my order in the drive through. When I went in and explained they said it was my fault? They would not give me my full order unless I paid for it a second time. We will not be going back.

Microwaved bacon, a piece of toast cut in half, and an over cooked egg. This was an almost $8 breakfast sandwich. I will NEVER be back. Very disappointed and frustrated. I would be embarrassed if this was my restaurant. What a joke!
