Kneaders Bakery Cafe - Colorado Springs

The customer service here is terrible. They forgot half my order in the drive through. When I went in and explained they said it was my fault? They would not give me my full order unless I paid for it a second time. We will not be going back.

Microwaved bacon, a piece of toast cut in half, and an over cooked egg. This was an almost $8 breakfast sandwich. I will NEVER be back. Very disappointed and frustrated. I would be embarrassed if this was my restaurant. What a joke!

They make an alright French dip! And one of the employees ripped off my debit card and helped themselves to a spa day and hot pot at citadel mall!The last place I charged my card to was this location on Jul 12th and 13th (I like their French dip, sue me). Then I stayed home on the 14th. And all of a sudden someone is making a day of it on the 15th. I knew that they handled my card for a oddly long amount of time at the drive-thru!Beware this place, some ghoul employee will try and bilk you for their next freebee.

Bass Pro location- inattentive, slow and unproductive location. Customer Service very poor. Stopped in shortly after they opened and walked in because the drive thru had a line of cars. No Employees acknowledged or said hi to anyone. There were about four other sitting customers in the shop. I had a To Go order of a bread, 2 cookies and 2 croissants which were readily available. The sleepy inattentive cashier slowly took our to go order, gave me the receipt and turned around. Okay.. so I sat down. After 15 minutes of waiting I finally went up to the cashier and asked for my order. She said oh yeah. Then just started preparing the easy order and still made a mistake of giving me the wrong sugar cookies. By now, there have been multiple cars that passed us in the drive thru. Waiting again a few minutes for the cookies. I live nearby and Will not support a business that does not live up to basic customer service. [hidden email]

We actually stopped here twice in one day. Once for breakfast pastries and we liked it so much we returned after the mining museum for lunch. For breakfast, we had, an almond croissant, a raspberry cream cheese croissant, a chocolate zucchini muffin top and a peach streusel muffin top. All were very good. For lunch we had a club sandwich and a chicken, cheese ham sandwich. We also had lobster bisque. All were very good. I couldn't leave without trying the carrot cake which was good too. Iced tea was good.
