Dutch Bros Coffee - Colorado Springs

I don't know who makes the drinks at this place, but they are the best I've ever had at Dutch Bros. It's truly something special—like a divine experience. Even on my toughest days, a drink from here can turn my day around completely. Thank you to the staff for everything you do; it’s truly amazing!

The staff’s excuse was that there were two lines merging, which might have been understandable if proper signage had been in place. However, there was no indication that there were two lines, and it’s likely that everyone else in line, including myself, lined up based on the assumption that there was only one. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff mentioned, "He’s a local, so he knows," implying that the driver was somehow entitled to cut in line. It seemed like this driver was taking advantage of the situation, merging into a line he was aware of while the rest of us were not. If there was indeed an alternate line, there should have been a clear sign indicating this, rather than leaving everyone confused. The absence of such signage meant that the other cars waiting in line had no clue about the second line. In fact, the person right in front of me ultimately decided to leave after witnessing the cut. While I don’t hold the actions of another customer against the business, there is no excuse for the unprofessional way the staff handled the situation. The response from the team was disappointing and left a negative impression.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru yesterday, and there were only four cars ahead of me. As a result, I ended up being late for work.

Have 3 different drinks. a strawberry smoothie (taste like medicine,) the gummy bear og freeze (watered down no taste and looked bampig green,) and the new tropical limonade with fruits (not have the fruits and was down) such a disappointment?

As a coffee lover this place was way better than Starbucks!! Employees were WAY nicer, WAY friendlier. I don't really have much to speak in it considering everyone has their own opinions but, they do give you the choice of hot, blended, or iced. I wish I had one of these back home!
