Donatos Pizza - Colorado Springs

I ordered a pizza and was informed it would take about 37 minutes to arrive. After waiting for an hour, I called to inquire about the estimated arrival time. I was told that the driver had multiple stops to make. When the pizza eventually arrived, it was cold and seemed stale.

The pizza was delivered 1.5 hours after I placed the order. It arrived at room temperature since it wasn't in a warming bag, making it inedible. The dough was tough like leather and impossible to chew.

Literally the worst pizza I have ever had. Will never order again on top of that I?d go so far as to say that 7/11 pizza is better than this place stay away at all cost

This place doesn?t even take US Currency ???? and their menu online is wrong. So go ahead and take the chance on giving them your debit info. Lady on the phone seemed like she wasn?t confident about her job, so I wouldn?t trust my info being safe with them. Seems sketchy to not be confident in taking an over the call order with card info, that?s just me. So they get a ??.

Thin crust, but thick overall due to lots of toppings. Delicious and worth the money.
