Chuy's - Colorado Springs

Came here for lunch with the Fam. Very impressed both by food and service. The in-house sauces are delicious. Our server was very friendly and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions as this was our first time.

Was 4 stars, but Jaylah was amazing! The food was so good. I recommend asking for the boom boom sauce (it's kind of like broccoli and cheese, but I don't think it's broccoli idk what it is). Still, amazing. The salsa is spicy and delicious, but the creamy jalapeno will be in my dreams tonight. You need to try this place if you like Burritos and Chips or good food in general. My only suggestion is, I wish they gave us a plastic bag to wear all the funny sauces and chips they sent us home with.

The best margaritas. The mango is AMAZING!! They have a flight of 4 different flavored baby margins we loved. The Elvis Presley Memorial Combo is what we get every time, and of course Creamy jalapeño. Really good service despite so much to do!

This is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been in my life. You have the best chips and dip and salsa. Her chickens are crispy, hot and fresh. The chicken and beef are very tasteful and all sides are perfect. The Tres Leches cake is probably the best I ever had. Many seats and a great environment. Very friendly and quick service. Would come back!

Great tex-mex! A family favorite for sure! I went yesterday and it was the best service I’ve received yet! They got our order shortly after we were seated. And they our food out in about 15 minutes! Our waitress was so kind, and helpful! They always have great service but it’s been even better than normal recently!
