Chuck E. Cheese - Colorado Springs

Service was simply ok, the greeting (young man) hardly said a word when we arrived there, this is usually the first impression of the experience and was unfortunately not a good one. Fortunately, when we left a new greeting (younger) was very beautiful! When we ordered our food, we didn't get our salad plates, so I had to go back and ask for them. We didn't eat any utensils, so I had to ask the girl in the salad bar for some. Not sure if this is a new thing, but we don't get our cups until we get our pizza, so we were pretty thirsty all the time until our food was ready. Overall, I would probably just come back for playing as children love it most.

The first big birthday party of my son went beautiful thanks to the professionalism of our wonderful party coordinator Olivia. She was so organized, positive and helpful. Your trainee, Yvette was also excellent. The converted space is bright, clean and full of updated games for all ages and skills. The food was also very good. We couldn't be happier with our experience and credit goes to the beautiful staff!

I brought my daughter here for a funny evening. It was just ok and definitely not like what we had as kids like small rides ball pits inflatable. It is small and has only games for the most part and seems as if it were something special for the price you pay about 60 dollars for a playing card and food . The place was clean and well maintained. The pizza was a little sour for my pleasure, but I definitely had worse lol.

Great experience! Destiny helped us for the perfect birthday party! Everything was great! This Chuck E Cheese has recently undergone a large facelift and it is simply perfect, highly recommended.

The new remodel is nice. Some of the staff are pleasant. But the biggest issue I have is that I ordered a regular size boneless wing since the kids devour the pizza quickly. But I was shocked at what I got for $15. See the picture. It was 7 little pieces of burnt nuggets. I?m just not sure how you can get away with this. We even asked if it was a mistake, and they said no, it?s based on weight. So, if you come here, don?t waste you?re money on the wings. It?s a straight up scam.
