Chipotle Mexican Grill

I noticed two employees working: one was bagging chips while four pickup orders were sitting unattended on the line, along with a large stack of delivery orders in the chip area. The staff member managing the orders and the cook, possibly the manager, were nowhere to be seen until the line got really long. The work area was a mess, with food, cheese, guacamole, and who knows what else scattered around. It's been a long time since I've visited a Chipotle with such poor standards. We arrived around 7:57 PM, but our order was supposed to be ready by 7:30 PM.

This was the most disappointing culinary experience I've had in my 31 years. One of our ordered items was missing from the delivery, and the food that did arrive was subpar. It's a shame, Chipotle.

Hello, I would like to order a burrito with brown rice, black beans, and chicken. Could I also add some fajita mix? Thank you! Additionally, I'll have pico de gallo, corn, cheese, and a splash of lime. I'll also have a fountain drink. Thank you!

The worst chipotle I ever had in my life! for $40 missing two items and the burrito is so small I would rather go to taco bell. beyond that, they have not put a chicken in my tacos and have added a large amount of guacamole that I have never ordered. the burrito is so small that a three-year-old can eat it and it has no flesh in it. very cold and have to go through eating and numerous complaining about their bad quality. I have safety concerns about this food and it all went to waste

Kids meal barely had any meat. Not sure if it’s bcuz I ordered it online but when I go in face to face the kids meal doesn’t ever look this empty
