Chili's Grill - Colorado Springs

Wow! A chain we actually enjoy! The salad with grilled chicken was fantastic, and I swapped the ranch dressing for honey mustard, which was a great choice. I had forgotten just how good Chili's can be!

The service was excellent, but the food left much to be desired. I definitely wouldn't recommend the salad; the cucumbers tasted freezer burned, and the lettuce was wilted. Even the salad dressing was unappetizing.

On my way to the restaurant, I looked up their happy hour specials, only to be seated with my 94-year-old mother, aunt, and cousin. To my surprise, we were then informed that the happy hour promotion wasn't available to us.

We were seated directly under a large A/C vent blasting cold air at us. Twice I asked our server nicely if we could move to a different table, as there were three empty ones across the aisle. Twice she refused, so my husband and I both went to the car for winter coats and wore them throughout dinner. She offered us the standard pre meal chips and salsa which we graciously accepted it never came. We both ordered fajitas which involve several serving dishes, and there literally was not enough space on our tiny table to put them down, much less maneouver enough to build our own fajitas. Iced tea glasses remained empty with no refill offered throughout the meal. Dinner was delicious, but such poor service did not make our experience a pleasant one, and we won't be going back.

Absolutely awesome!!! I'm new to Colorado and the Springs. I've been looking for a Fried Chicken Salad like I used to get in NC. I've tried several places but none suited my picky taste lol. My BF is a regular at this Chili's and suggested I try there. What I wanted wasn't exactly on the menu, but these guys made me the perfect salad!! The Lil chic working the take-out area is amazing!! Thank you guys so very much for your kindness and my perfect salad!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!!!!
