Bidrage med feedbackThis is a truly unique and fantastic place to eat! I had an island of Taco that was really good and the Caribbean nachos shared with some friends; definitely some of the best nachos I ever had. The garlic cloves were also very good. Really beautiful view of the mountains from outside. Come back!
We were looking for a fast late lunch early dinner and decided to try Piglatin Cocina. I'm very glad we made it! We started with her signature Margarita. It was a little small, but not filled with ice to the edge. It was the right mixture of sweet and tart with a salty edge. For our meal I had the OG Stacked Arepa (gluing free). It was full of taste! The crispy arepa with a soft interior, with sweet pork and crispy mozzarella cheese, barely noticeable spinach (although my immune system thank me for the food) and spicy sriracha made for a perfectly abominable bite. If you are not a fan of spicy dishes, I would recommend asking for the sriracha lite or on the page. I wanted to try one of the Tacos and chose the Guava Lava Chicken (gluing free). I ate the second and I was very glad I did it! This Taco was SPICY! I would order it again and finally eat it. I like spicy food (medium hot is my preference) and that was hot. Before the heat took, I could say the texture was gorgeous and the taste was delicious. My husband had the piglatin plate (gluten-free). It was savory, salty and sweet. The amount of food was right for a lunch. He also had the Yuca wedges (gluten-free, although fried in the same oil as gluten-containing foods). They were okay and a nice side, but he would probably try something else next time. TL;DR The Street Tacos and Plates are all gluten-free or can be made gluten-free. The sides are fried in the same oil as the Empanadas.
Bomb food! Although hopefully they’ll work more on cleanliness restroom and the tables. It’s sticky and felt like wasn’t cleaned that much to remove debris of food prior. Would’ve loved to try their churros so we have the complete meal but they said they were packed and got sold out. While the drinks were good —towards the end— it wasn’t mixed ? well before handling it to us so it tasted too lemony mojito at first. Still good food but a little pricey
A gem!!! Island taco is a must! And the kimchi taco and the Mexican corn....and well just get all the things : Basic margarita and great service. Wouldn't recommend Spicy Boi Cocktail it's not too hot but is a lot a spice to keep drinking.
Pros. 1. Good ambience 2. Foods are tasty. Cons. 1. Music is too loud. 2. The patio is right next to the parking lot. 3. A bit pricey 4. They use only disposable single use platics. Do not think abour global warming???
