Burger King - Colorado Springs

Drive through order cuz lobby is locked. 1, a customer had to stand through in the drive only to get food that his truck does not fit. they let him stand and wait until they got my orders before they took him. they could have taken him since he was in the car before I was there2, cold tweeper rings. I ordered three hures. 2 with everything. 1 without tomato and no pickles, hard on the sauce. all 3 hepper had no wobbles on them. the one without pickles and no tomato had extra mayo, no extra ketchup. not sure why these instructions were so complicated. almost $30 for cold food that wasn't even done right. that's ridiculous, especially because they weren't even busy, so it's not like they had to hurry up with the order.

1 2 $1.00 (ice cream cone) ? I was charged $27 and some change. This simply CANNOT be correct. The 1 meal was upsized to a Large. 2 was the Medium size. Plus a $1.00 cone... I can't find the meals anywhere on the menu in the app so I can't check the price. No receipt, no napkins.

So i deliver for uber on the side, i enter the store and no teeth crack addict older lady says you need to stand in line and the guy that was behind me goes first. First, i was the next in line and if this is the way you treat you delivery people im glad i will never be a customer. I canceled the order and will never take another one again from your store. Read your terms of service.

Won't let you have a multiple order at drive thru.. Lobby isn't open. So we had to drive through the drive thru twice to pay separately for 2 meals...

Man these guys are just too cool. every time i go through the drive through they are the happiest people i have ever seen.. They joke around and are upbeat. that means a lot when someone is happy like that . thank you guys for always treating me with amazing service and a smile .Very rare nowadays and in this world i am not sure how they are so upbeat as mean as people are but they are totally..!!!!!
