Broken Bones Smokin' Good Barbecue

We had broken bones Carter our wedding two weekends ago and they were amazing. We mostly worked with Ryan and Randy and they both did such an awesome job. Our family and friends loved the food. Even a few were from Texas and said the brisket was some ofthe best they had. They were super professional and attentive. Highly would recommend them for your wedding catering needs!

Excellent brisket and burnt ends. The staff was also very accommodating and the dining area was clean. Not too busy for a Saturday night but they?ll get our business again. A+

Clean, modern classic BBQ restaurant with all the classics. The brisket, sausage, ribs, onion rings, steak chips, cheddar cheese tots and Texas toast were all delicious ? they have pulled pork roast turkey options too.Ample free parking on site, close to the I25 freeway, restrooms available for customers. There's a doordash delivery sign on the front window, and attached are photos of menu opening hours as of June 2023.Staff were super friendly too!

Ordered two pounds of chicken and pork for a school awards potluck dinner and they were the first two trays emptied. Good to know that when the Monument store is closed we can get the same great BBQ a couple exits south off Voyager!Food: 5/5

I love good BBQ, but this isn't it. This food was inedible! I had the smoked sausage sandwich and some ribs. The sausage was way undercooked, mushy and just bad quality meat. The sauce was so sickening sweet that it tasted like pure sugar and molasses. The ribs didn't have much meat on the bones and was dry and very hard. It didn't pull away from the bone easily. I will only go to Rudy's now in the Springs which is the best BBQ or even bird dog. This place I would avoid!
