Brakeman's Burgers - Colorado Springs

Our first time here, and definitely won't be our last!! The service was exceptional, our waitress, Emily, was very friendly and attentive. What else friendly and attentive.The burgers were delicious and they even have gluten-free buns which were fantastic! Food was spectacular, especially the Mozzarella half moon bread sticks for an appetizer. The service was short staffed that day so it was a bit slower, but the waitress was awesome. The view of the mountains and trains passing was a def plus.Also the price was very reasonable for two people including an appetizer, 2 meals and 2 beers was about 55.My first time experience might make it a staple for me and my girlfriend!

Most importantly loved the vibe inside and a train actually came rolling through which was very cute. The server was a delight!!!!! I bought a $12 drink thinking oh boy, but it wasn’t just juice, it was really great and a value. The fries are the best I’ve had in years. Now to the burger. I ordered pink, I got well done. So I apologized to the waitress who did not shame me but said she understood entirely. The next burger was cut nearly in half with a pink that faded to brown in front of my eyes lol. I did not complain further, but if you want pink like offered just ensure you make your server know so they can express that to the cook. But the burger was still the best I’ve had in Colorado or well over a decade. The price is worth it. Try the mushroom burger it will not disappoint!!! Definitely coming back and telling friends. A very cool hamburger joint next to the train tracks with a great view of pikes peak. I had the depot burger. It was probably the best burger I've had in the Springs. The french fries were delicious ? with the tasty dipping sauce. Definitely go check this place out.

This place is fantastic. The service was great. The burgers were perfect. There was no wait at 11:20am. The prices were about as expensive as everything else noways, so pretty reasonable considering the quality. Totally worth the stop.
