The service was quick, and the roast bark sandwich was fantastic. The curly fries are always the best. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5.

After my shift, I decided to grab a bite to eat. I ordered the smokehouse briquette sandwich and a medium jamocha shake. The shake was delicious, but unfortunately, the meat in the sandwich was old, and the bun wasn't toasted properly. There was barely any sauce on my sandwich, which was disappointing. As someone who works in the industry, I expected better attention to detail from the staff. I won't be returning.

The woman who took our order was quite rude. She interrupted us at the drive-thru speaker and wouldn’t let us finish ordering our second combo. When we got to the window and asked to add something, she quickly told us they were out of it. That’s understandable, but when I requested to add a drink and fries, she abruptly shut the window on us. She then handed us the first combo she inputted without saying anything and started taking the next order. I understand that everyone has tough days, but perhaps it’s best not to interact with customers when you’re in a mood like that. I won’t be returning.

We come here when we need a quick bite or I don't feel like cooking food is always good and we love that they have another choice on frits now

Two slices of roast beef on roast beef n cheddar 27.00s rude employee. I asked for Arby's sauce she showed ne where the punp of sauce was. It was a to go order not in restaurant order. ? how am I suppose to take little pump bowls in a bag home?
