Dairy Queen - Colorado City

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we noticed that the drive-thru speaker was broken and there was no sign or communication for directions. We waited for 25 minutes to place our order due to the busyness of the establishment. After finally placing our order, we received no instructions on where to wait. Our food took an additional 40 minutes to be ready, even though it appeared that they had not started on it. The three employees working lacked communication skills. It is not worth your time to visit this establishment.

I love the blizzards at this restaurant, but I have noticed that they are getting smaller and the prices keep increasing. Additionally, the promotional rewards offered through the app never seem to work.
