Bj's Bakery - Colonie

While my friend and I have enjoyed meals at BJ's in the past, we were disappointed by the lack of service during our recent visit. We went to the bar and noticed a vacant seat, which suggested that someone was previously seated there. After trying to get the bartender's attention, two women were informed that the two open spots were available, but they were ignored for over 10 minutes! Frustrated, we decided to take our business to Juniors in Troy, where the service is much better. It's important for consumers to speak up about poor service because we have plenty of options, and until businesses improve, these issues will persist. Unfortunately for the two bartenders, they missed out on our tips, which could have been significant!

I would give 0 stars if it was possible, I was with my family today we sat at 6:30 and we were served only some of our food at 7:30 and the rest was never delivered. we were charged for the never delivered food. the waitress we had was nice, but the service was cruel. we never come again.

Not a good start in which we went, was told by the hostess that the bar area is looking for a seat. no menus. we left. we notice they're sitting together. we almost went because the service is bad. will not be back. how can they be a steak place and don't have it. my man had burger and he said it was good, I didn't have the chicken sandwich good

The food was cold, and it felt like we were dining in a window seat. We ordered artichoke and spinach dip, which was poorly presented and coarsely made. As for our 14 calamari, they were burnt and overcooked. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

My favorite place. Best dessert. Not perfect but they are always willing to fix their mistakes. Great food. Great place to unwind. 10 10
