Kyoto Sushi 8 - Colonia

My family of four ordered 14 specialty rolls so we could sample everything on the menu. They were all delicious and a great deal. The restaurant was clearly popular as it was busy with dine-in and take out orders on Friday night. However, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed which could be frustrating for customers who are hungry or in a rush for quick service. Luckily, we were patient and enjoyed our meal despite the busyness.

The pork katsu and sushi at this restaurant are amazing. It's my favorite sushi spot in town.

This restaurant is fantastic, with a peaceful and immaculate atmosphere. The food was incredibly tasty and fresh, making it possibly the best sushi I have ever tried. The sushi is straight-forward yet incredibly delicious. I will definitely be returning again.
