Horrible experience!Asked for a medium frozen chocolate, was given frozen coffee. When I tried to tell them the same as color didnt look right , they argued back saying it was chocolate.Gave it to my young kid who then vomitted all . I took a sip of it and it was coffee.Argumentive and unapologetic staff

Very nice employeesParking: It has a parking lot. However, it 's small, and ppl seem to park in the handicap parking spot although they are not disabled. I see it all the time. Ppl parking in handicap to run in quickly. It is NEVER quick enough for those of us who have to wait for them to move, especially if we have a bathroom emergency or have to be somewhere at a specific time. Then ppl get mad at you for saying something to them. DD employees never enforce the handicap parking because they themselves are scared to say anything. Shame on those that park in a handicap parking space just for a second . Maybe if they were disabled and couldn 't find parking, they would know how it feels. Smh...

Friendly staff always takes care of me when I'm in from out of town.

I like this dunkin. The renos are great, the staff is always friendly. I wish there was a drive through!
