We inform the waitress and tell him what had been agreed on the phone, we refuse to serve him a steak, saying they didn't have it, but other customers were able to have it after this refusal) we offer him a cooked chicken with the stove without apology for the mistake of course. She did not take dessert or entry because of her allergies at the entrance or dessert included in the menu paid by the company but allows a colleague to appreciate it instead.
