Bidrage med feedbackI placed an order at exactly 8:21 pm, I contacted the restaurant 30 minutes after the Ifood deadline, where I was informed that my order would arrive in 20 minutes, 50 minutes later I got in touch and they didn't even respond, they canceled my order, there's no respect with the customer, service is rubbish! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$100–120
We placed the order at 8:36 pm and arrived at 11:09 pm, we asked for the rice to be changed, something that every time until today they always changed, and this time they didn't. Did it by chance change owners? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$80–100 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
I ordered a portion for three people and what I received was not for “two” people, it was very little. In addition to delaying the order, it took more than 1h30, I contacted the place and the attendant said “WHO TOLD YOU IT WAS FOR THREE PEOPLE”, people, how absurd for the consumer, this was described in the ad, and finally they didn't deliver on what they promised. We want to boost local commerce, but I confess, with this type of attitude it becomes difficult.
I've ordered fish there several times... but the last 2 orders were disappointing. Firstly, it took an unusually long time for them to deliver and what's more, the order was wrong, they sent me a portion of a lower value than what I had requested (missing the portion of cooked potatoes that I had requested extra and the fish slices that I had in the order) I complained, they informed me that they had run out of steaks and that's why they didn't send them to me (at least they could have warned me before sending the order about what had happened) and they informed me that I would be entitled to the fries and the steak portion in my next order... and to my surprise today when I went to request what was due to me directly because it was paid on the day and I didn't receive it... they didn't have any note of my credit... they asked me for a print of the conversation (which I didn't do, because I trusted the company organization). Unfortunately, I don't recommend them... a lot of lack of organization, slow delivery and lack of consideration for their customers. As I already told them: they need to be more organized and respect customers who are the soul of the business.
