Bidrage med feedbackExtremely disappointed! Ordered 2 Nasi Goreng sets and 1 Spicy Rice set accompanied with a small potion of devilled prawns and a small potion of devilled fish. It was served with a devilled drumstick each which was covered in so much sauce that you could not taste the individual flavours of the rice dishes! The accompaniment dishes were also full of tomato/chilli sauce, capsicums, leeks and other vegetables and almost nothing of the main dish which was prawns and fish! I ultimately had to search for them with my fingers... disregarding etiquette! All we ate was rice and sauce! Never, ever going there again.
I bought 2 nos chicken pizzas, 2 nos sausage pizzas and a loaf of bread on 16th April 2021. The purchase made between 3 pm and 3.20 pm My two children ate chicken pizzas. Subsequently they showed the symptoms of diarrhoea. One child started vomiting too and admited to ET(U to give a drip. She is still suffering from the pain. I had to take her to the doctor for 2nd time today). She missed her tuition classes. She couldn't go to school although the school started today after vacation. She is in grade 12, not a small child. But still, she couldn't recover from bacterial infection as of today. We have been buying from Sensal for so many years, from the day started their biz in Battaramulla. Their service and the food quality is deteriorating day by day. After inquiring with known people and going through the reviews, now I understand that lot of customers of Sensal have issues with the quality of food items.
We had a very bad experience when we order Kiribath there was no lunu Miris manager asking wether to give dhal curry with it Also string hoppers they charge 7.50 each bit all stale and dry string hoppers like plastic . If you look at the egg it’s a peace of plastic . Coconut sambol no lime too much of salt the cashier and the manager say it’s because of they fry the sambol . We ask if they were frying with salt . All outlets of sensal food tast different . Even for customers eating at the restaurant we hv to pay first for the stale food . If you can’t eat the spoil food you cannot return as the manager only intention is to show the income We should complain to authorities who have given restaurant licenses for sensal . Managing director should maintain the food quality . Authorities should cancel the license if they cannot maintain the food tast n quality
Very poor service at Thimbirigasaya branch They take phone orders and give that order to somebody else. It happened twice I don’t trust them
They deliver thro Pick Me during Curfew hours. The delivery was on time. The sliced Bread,Kurakkan sliced Bread and Roast Paan very good.
