Coffee Stop - Colombo

A small little coffee shop inside of the Cinnamon Grand making good lattes and pastries. A good place for a quick pit stop while in Colombo.

Always stop here for coffee and cake when we're in Colombo. Great selection of tasty treats and good coffee too. Speed of service can be a bit hit and miss, but overall a good experience. Not always the quietest spot as there can be weddings in the main auditorium

If you go there for food, then it's really good, but if you go there expecting a cozy ambiance of a coffee shop, you will be disappointed. They are right in the hotel lobby, which is almost always busy. Staff also seems to be quiet busy and the service as a result is slow. Some seems to come here for the free wifi but it's certainly not a working environment in my opinion.

Good portion of cakes and beverages for decent price and the service could be improved, enough seating for around 30-40

The savouries are nice but the cakes are sub standard. The coffee, for the price charged, is absolutely disgusting. Avoid if possible there are better alternatives with great quality food and at competitive prices try Fab or the Sponge.
