A nice restaurant. Servers are pleasant and useful. We discovered the real sauerkraut and I'm not disappointed, the cabbage was delicious, the sausage of Montbéliard was crunchy, the bacon was juicy and the sausage of Strasbourg delicious! I recommend everything with a delicious wine

Passing to Colmar for the holidays. We fell by chance on this restaurant offering a selection of French dishes (red meats, jacques, foie gras, etc.) We enjoyed it, the meat was delicious with a good seasoning. The risotto of St. Jacques was also perfectly cooked. The plates are well trimmed and pretty, we're in for our money. The very friendly manager, with a really nice touch of humor. I recommend.
