3c's Grill - Collinsville

Now called The Roux, a little difficult to find. But let me tell you woooooo. I got their late and they cooked the burger I wanted to perfection and the fries were no less than the same. Respect

This is another place I highly recommend in the collinsville community. It's actually just outside of collinsville so if you're not a local you wouldn't know about it, but if you like a good ol traditional cheeseburger then you gotta go by here. I recommend the shrimp tacos they make, the home style fries are so good, and the Philly cheese steak is a favorite. My favorite is probably the Texas bacon cheddar melt. The staff is a nice as they come!

Great service. The food is wonderful. I've never been disappointed.

I always passed this place and wanted to try it. I finally decided to go on the way back from Philadelphia and I’m soooo happy I did! They have a nicely sized menu with a great variety of options. I got the grilled cheese on sourdough and it took me back to being a kid again : The workers were all very nice and the place has a very comforting feel to it. I will definitely be going back soon!

Great service and atmosphere! Fresh catch of the day, specials, and fabulous cut steak! I recommend the calamari starter! Pricey but worth it, so bring your A game : Also, limited bottled beer on the menu, but they had a great IPA, at least :
