Tim Hortons - Collingwood

My dish was good, but my colleague was not happy with her drink. She mentioned that it is rarely made correctly at most Tim Hortons locations.

The restaurant should prioritize the quality of their food rather than just their quick service. While they are efficient, the wrap I was served had cold, overcooked chicken that was hard to chew. The ice Capp I ordered also tasted sour, which has been a recurring issue for me during previous visits.

The restaurant is not providing the correct roll-up-the-rim cups as they are still giving out the pre-March 4th cups. It seems like they may be keeping the playable cups for themselves. Additionally, the coffee is always too hot. Even an hour later, it was still warm. This restaurant is my least favorite in Collingwood.

Buns for the roast beef craveable ALWAYS stale at this location.

I don't know how this location hasn't had a lawsuit yet, the coffee is literally boiling and takes a full hour to cool down before I can drink it. Asking for ice to be added barely reduces this time at all. So frustrating trying to get a coffee for the start of a long drive and not being able to drink it.
