Pizza Hut - Collingwood

On December 29th, 2017, we visited this Pizza Hut for lunch with the expectation of receiving the items we ordered and paid for.

, and they were incredibly rude and unapologetic. The manager was even worse and clearly didn't care about the mistake. I will never be coming back to this place again.

The customer service was terrible and we had to wait a long time for a small pan pizza. It took 20 minutes, even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. The price was also very high.

Dirty tables, slow slow slow service, our first clue should have been there was only one other table of customers in the place, after 40 minutes and no pizza we just left!

If I didn't have 2 small and hungry mouths to feed we would have left already as we have been waiting 40 plus minutes for a pizza in an EMPTY restaurant. Upon asking apparently "the pizza will be going in the oven soon. It takes 6 minutes." That was 10 minutes ago. Shocking! Avoid.
