The Kitchen Consigliere - Collingswood

We were seated right on time for our reservation. Our server, Kim, was exceptional! The appetizer was served at just the right moment, and our main courses were generous and delicious! We will definitely be back!

I came across a photo of the veal parmesan online and knew I had to give it a try. It certainly lived up to my expectations—excellent!

The food and service were outstanding. Every dish, from the salad to the main course, was incredibly fresh. My shrimp and tortellini plate featured generous portions of large shrimp. The salted caramel gelato was fantastic, and the cappuccino was equally impressive.

Went on a Saturday night with a reservation and won’t be going back. They operated the restaurant with one singular waitress for a completely full restaurant and two bussers. I ordered two of the specials (the appetizer and the entree). The appetizer lacked any flavor and my entree (sachetti) had the worst consistency (mushy, obnoxiously hot like it had been microwaved) and the sauce was anything but a good vodka sauce. I ate one bite and left hungry. Overall our dinner took 2+ hours because of terrible service which compounded that all I wanted to do was leave and eat dinner after spending $200 on a dinner for 4 that I barely ate.

Food is great as always we got the gnocchi and the cioppino) and Kim is the best and most attentive server. So personable always makes you feel like you are at home with family
